Some more progress on everything I got going on in hopes to make my ESB fett as movie accurate as I can get it! The amazing helmet paint-up I can’t take any credit for!

Sometimes it's just best to let others do what they do best..I myself settled on one painter to do all of the paint work so It would be consistent. Plus I don't own the equipment or paints to learn how to yet. I think I could've done it myself but it wouldve taken me waaaayyy longer to complete everything. I'm very grateful for painters like AFFO$!

So I’m done with the yellow on the armor and the last thing that needs to be done is weathering and painting on the chest emblem! I’m actually pretty happy with the way this is coming out, after the weathering I think it’s gonna be pretty spot on and definitely better than my first set of armor!

Here’s another update on my helmet paint up that got commissioned out and let me say he is absolutely killing it!! I cannot wait to finally get this done it’s definitely a work of art!

So I know I don’t really get on here much anymore but for the past 9 months I have been redoing my ESB Fett looking for 501st approval and I think I’m finally just about done! Here are the before and after pics. The before pics will be outside while the new redone suit pics will be indoors. I’m open to any suggestions and please let me know what y’all think! I’m pretty stoked about this!

It honestly imo looks better than mine! How did your weather you suit? Your going to have no problem getting into star garrison...why haven't you contacted them yet!

Looking great. The only thing I can see that the 501st might pick you up on is the girth belt. Specifically the distance between the buckles.

Okay sweet I’ve lost weight so the bucks aren’t as tight as they should be and I’m planning on making my own soon so that shouldn’t be a problem for much longer! Thanks for the input I’ll probably get on that tonight.

Those words mean a lot thank you! I’ve just been so busy fine tuning everything that I just haven’t gotten around to it yet lol I’m thinking about getting the process started this weekend but there are still a few things I need to address and adjust before I call this good to go! As for the wreathing I lightly misted the flight suit with water and used multiple light coats of spray paint for a good base that will be pretty permanent then I touched up areas with Monroe’s weathering powders , I used a dirt yellow black soot and a medium gray I think.

The buckles thing will not hold you back I promise! Where your at on your suit is perfect for the 501st...the only concern now is don't be afraid to troop it! It's going to get scratch, dings, breaks etc. It's all part of trooping so don't let that discourage you. I think you look fantastic and I'm going to talk to my squad leader on Saturday to see if I can't help put in a word to get you approved

This what I was told to do when joining. I sent my photos to star garrison (front, leftside arms out, rightside arms out, back, and an action pose).Just do the same and ill mention you to my squad leader when I see him on Saturday!
