I’ve been absent from the group for several years. But I’m still working on my costume.

Had a rubies blaster and really want to make it more accurate.

Started by cutting off practically everything.

Added a few rivets to the trigger mechanism for added authenticity

I always wondered how hard the conversion from a Rubies or something to ESB would be. It seems a lot more complex than I thought! I hope this works out for you nicely!

picked up these electrical connectors, they’re not exact but fairly close. Do people dye these black or spray them?

More often than not I see people dye them.

Yeah I used synthetic black dye.
