Designed up a version of the Nemrod holster & made 2 versions one to be 3D printed & the other to be used as a pepakura build. Knowing that there are a number of great cast version out there, but there aren't any templates out there for anyone to do a scratch build. So came up with this if someone wants to do a scratch build I thought I would share the pep file. The pep version was simplified for build purposes as can be seen in the photos.
Did the build on this to prove it out & overall this goes pretty good but the end where the barrel hole is located is a little tricky but just have to have some patience. Made the outer shell then glued pieces of .060" thick chip board on the inside. When that was completed I coated it with some Smooth Cast 320 to bind it all together & firm it up, inside & out. The tube at the top is a piece of PVC pipe. This is painted with black primer that I polished with an old sock which made it look like worn rubber. Plan on making straps for this but to this point is where it stops looking like Fett's holster.
You will need the Pepakura viewer to open the .PDO file. The viewer is free & can be downloaded here:

The Pulce is a cast from MLS with a 3D printed barrel.
