Flight Suit wrong color on flight suit

hello everyone. i am new to this with boba fett building and i have a smal problem with my build.
i bought a work overall that is going to be the "flight suit" but the color is to dark, i don't want to screw it up so i thought that i could ask you guys for som advice on how to make it as light gray as possible

you can try blenching.. you can find some product on supermaket ecc
but watch out

Try dye remover, test on a small area first. Some dyes don't bleach or remove, and some will go pink or some other odd color. Test on a hidden seam or an area that will cover with the flak vest.
