Patterson chemical mixer and 3m sintra, shaped and cut.
Super glue sintra half to the our Patterson mixer handle, then I used auto body filler aka Bondo.
Sand and Prime
Hit with fine sandpaper then paint, add weathering to liking.
I didn't add a sharp edge, you could but that might be added drama you don't need
