Gauntlets Need piano hinge help!

I have searched and searched and can't find a good tutorial on piano hinge pin removal so if I've missed something I apologize...

The hinge I have is staked every other joint to prevent the pin from being removed. I can't find a good step by step on how to work with this. Is there a better piano hinge I should be using? Should I go back and see if there are other styles that don't have these dimples? I can't brute force the pin out without bending it and rendering it unusable. I've cut half the hinge away joint by joint using tin snips but I just can't figure out how to deal with these dimples.

I saw someone say they took a dremel with a cutting wheel but how do you use a cutting wheel on dimples that are INSET into the hinge?

Can someone provide assistance??

The pin in the newest production of the hinge sold by our Home Depot slips out like it’s coated with butter

I don't know how to post a #*(&%(! image! I tried... Here's the URL to it:

The dimples that are staked in are obvious and make the pin impossible to remove. Perhaps someone could share a better part number available at home depot or lowes?

If you can manage to battle the pin out once id try to reem out the dimples with a drill bit larger than the dimple if that makes any sense

Did that on the end dimples but the middle dimple can't be reached. I'm gonna go to the HW store and look for a different style of hinge.
