New Hunter
Hey everyone, I'm Louis and I'm new to this forum. I am apart of the 501st and I'm a TK, but have always been a huge Boba Fett fan. I recently received my GMH from Wasted Fett and began work to make it a ESB helmet, but then I fell in love with the PP1 and changed my mind, so now I going for a PP1 "eyes" helmet instead.
Also if anyone knows where to get PP1/2 parts like gloves etc let me know so I can start piecing things together.
Here is when I received my helmet oh such a happy day lol
I then began work on cutting out the key holes by drilling small holes and connecting them, then switching to a file.
Lol
Next it was time to cut the visor and trim the extra material. I used a dremel with a wider cutting wheel as well as a piece of abs with sand paper wrapped on it as a sanding block for around the visor and lower part of the helmet.
At the same time I filled in the damage with testors putty.
Don't worry I sanded down around the visor area this was when I was doing both things at once.
This picture below is out of order and I did filled in the dent after I had primered the helmet because that is when I decided to go PP1 Eyes.
I began priming the helmet and after I get sanded it somewhat smooth. Keep in mind this was done before I had filled in the dent so the dent does get filled in and I will reprime that area.
