Jet Pack Jet Pack Tips (ESB)

The other night my wife helped me suit up for the first time and the D rings that hold the top part of the jet pack won't stay in place.

Any tips for this?

Not exactly sure what you mean by "stay in place." But if I assume that you mean they don't stay hooked, I would try a couple of things. First, crimp the hooks on the pack a little bit to make them smaller or tighter. Secondly, and probably more the cause, it sounds like you might need to shorten the straps to the underlying harness.
