So after the second year of my local city having a comic-con me and my boys have decided we should have a go at some cosplay and see how far this will take us... armed with Pepakura Designer, some 250gsm card, pva and some willing children (what could go wrong)... any help with the stupid questions Im sure to ask will be appreciated
