Dimension for height/thickness of a Han panel

I need to know how far a typical cast of Han protrudes from the surface he is fastened to. See the picture below for clarification.

Measured from the top of the "box", how far away is the tip of Han's nose?

4 1/2 inches. That's how my block measures.
