Rubies Vader helmet modification to ESB

Hi all. I would like to show you my first project nearly finished of Rubies Deluxe Vader helmet. Bought this from Ebay in January and I was very excited because it says Cast from the original movie moulds. Unfortunately I found a lot of differences with the screen used one, but the good thing is that the proportions and the shape is accurate. I did a lot of dremel work on the dome and this was the hardest part of modification. The ABS material is terrible for cutting and sanding.
I need to replace the inner smaller mesh and to paint the nose piece with silver paint in next few days and I think the project will be completed.

Very nice! Vader looks to be a harder paint job than most people probably give it credit for being.

Thank you! Actually paint was the sweetest part of the job. Took only a couple of hours ( and two days for drying ) because the spray cans drys so fast. I know that the screen used helmets are not too glossy but in my imagination it must looks like mirror and I did it my way
