Reference Request: Feet!

I bought a full front panel from King Jawa a few years ago (we're actually local, so it worked out great), but at some point the feet got misplaced. Could someone be kind enough to post some pictures and measurements of the feet on their build? I think it might be fun to sculpt them out of some old shoes I found. Thanks in advance!
