I have these wookie braids you can see Rick holding in this picture that he got in 2016 on ebay from katarra8

Star Wars / ROTJ Return of Jedi Boba Fett Full-Sized Wookiee / Padawan Braids -3 | eBay

Rick was approved with them in 2016 and now I have his armor. Are they ok? still approvable in the 501st? I know I need to ask them just getting multiple opinions, maybe some of you have these too.

Some before and after even though I'm still not done painting and weathering but you can see how far I've come so far. I did not do the original paint job. It was painted by Sithplanet in 2016.

Sithplanet armor is incredibly far from accurate. But I admire that you’re willing to completely re do it and make it work! The braids should get you approved but do need some work to be screen accurate.

Yeah I understand but That is where Rick got it from so I have to make it work. I just ordered braids from woody so they will be here in a few weeks.

hey welcome and thank you! Yeah my style is more videos and picture I always like to see somebody actually doing something or see the process even the mistakes it just helps me . Request such a great guy I just hope I can get this thing approved For him

The armor looks a lot better !
If the armor is anchored on the vest, it is in need of realignment and re-spacing.
You might go the Gallery and use some of the reference pics to help.
